Welcome to the wonderful world of Cédric Grolet, where the World’s Best Pastry Chef shares his bold and beautiful creations in a separate boutique for the first time. Just around the corner from the hotel and open to the public, it’s a space entirely devoted to pastries, cakes and desserts.
With his innovative vision, he pairs visual beauty with technical prowess to present a selection of unique desserts, each hand-made on the day. The doors close when the last dessert of the day has been snapped up.
